Bomber jackets have been a staple of stylish men’s closets for decades. We’re firm believers that you can wear them for nearly any occasion, whether that’s grabbing your morning coffee in your track pants or keeping it professional at the old job. If you're ever wondering how to make your best looking jacket your hardest working jacket, just consult the below.

The Off-Duty Way

The best way to wear fall jackets may actually be the laziest way. A good bomber will give you an added dose of style when you’re rolling into the gym, grabbing the morning paper, or walking the dog. We’d say you could pull it off with a pair of GoodSports and a basic T-shirt. It’s you, just off-duty.

The Monochrome Way

If you’re going to go for it, you might as well go big. And by that we’re referring to color. It might sound like a gamble, but try putting your blue bomber with a dark pair of jeans, and a dark blue henley. The same goes for your olives, your burgundys, and of course, black, the mother of all neutrals.

The Kinda Fancy Way

We’re never going to shelve our topcoats forever, but the bomber certainly gives them a run for their money. If you’re trying to keep it professional for work or even a date night, rest assured that you can pull it off. Pair it with a Washed Button-Down (you can even button all the way up with this one), or even a luxe Superfine T-shirt. It’s just enough to show you care a little more than the average dude.

The Warm Way

Unseasonable chill out there? Well that’s weather for you. You may be thinking your bomber might not outlast the fall, but if you layer up properly, you can keep wearing this one for months to come. Just pop your trusty crewneck or a Sweater Hoodie underneath and you’ll outlast the cold.
